I got the "undefined" title and message when I obtained the Psion Card.

I think this is more of a lore problem than a technical bug but I think I should report this anyways.

I did get the card though

Not a bug, simply there is no info to display about it, hence 'undefined'.  The 'Voice of the Oracle', Essence has yet to write something for it and/or the developer has yet to put it in the game, which if it is complete, it will be implemented next update.
