Um, the two shields, fog and dusk mantel, also affect weapons, although their description says creatures.

Hmm, I must've missed all the onther post adresssing soley this, but it does make sense, just not what the description says.

Yeah, we know. This has been stated over and over and over AND OVER again...as far as I know, it's supposed to be like that. It's just like how every other shield that reduces attack power does the same for weapons, and how those that stop attacks entirely do the same for weapons. It's no big deal. =/
