Shard of Freedom and Delay

It turns out that if you have creatures that are delayed, the shard of freedom proc ignores the delay status.
I'm not sure if this was intentional like how a delayed gnome gemrider will still generate quanta.
I don't have a screenie, but just play a game where you use a delayed airborne creature with SoFR on the field.
This could be wardens/bb/nymphs.

Mhm, I was the one with the wardens and auburn nymphs in that game :p  The hp changed too fast for me to do the mental math and see if it was correct damage or not, but the graphic was definitely processing when it shouldn't, at least on my end.
