Dissipation field blocking weapon with sanctuary... [confirmed]

I think Diss Field isn't supposed to work at all with Sanc up. Sure enough, it let my RoLs right through. But:



My Morning Glory is still getting blocked for some reason.

Sanc should cancel out Diss Shield and all damage should go through.

Is this only works (or in this case, not working) for Morning Glory? Will other weapons (except Titan) be blocked?
If not, might be something about immaterial.

I've seen a screenshot of it blocking Fahrenheit so I'm fairly sure it's all weapons.

Confirmed, only your opponent can do this, though xD
Also noteworthy that no quanta is absorbed.
