Shard of Bravery plays chimera!

Well im using a Shard of Bravery instosis deck. And if the Shard of Bravery draws my chimera for me. Then it plays it. It still leaves one in my hand but there is also a chimera on the field. It isnt an issue because im playing a OTK.

Is it a bug though or on purpose?
