As you can see from the screen shot my weapons attack is absorbed, even though it should pass right through the dissipation shield due to sanctuary.
Obviously since discord could hit someone with a sanctuary and it wouldnt scramble it stands to reason that any weapon should pass through a dissipation shield if that player has a sanctuary on their side of the field.
