SoF & SoP

I don´t know if this is actually a Bug or meant to be this way but I just faced an Arena deck where after the first rounds the AI played some Damselflies, 2 SoF and a SoP.

Text SoF says ignore shields, text SoP says your creatures DO NOT ATTACK.

So my logic tells me as long as the SoP is out the 25% chance to ignore shields does not matter since the creatures do not attack at all, no? In my case the Damsels gained each round +2/+2 and still attacked me. If this is normal this needs to be nerfed ASAP imho, if it is a bug ..well, the same!

A few questions for clarification: 
1)  Was Adrenaline involved at all?
2)  Did you actually take damage?  I'm aware that there's a graphical bug where it shows the effect of SoFr taking place, but that bug doesn't deal any damage.  If it's doing damage now then that's a brand new bug as far as I know.

Now that you mention it there might have been Adrenaline on one of the creatures but still in my mind the SoP says do not attack and with a Sundial out Adrenaline doesn´t make them attack even with Adrenaline. And yes I was taking damage.

Thanks to Mindgates I was in the same situation myself and know what you mean about the animation showing without dealing damage now. But I did not have Adrenaline, so it seems like this card might have been the trigger for what happened to me!
