Ridiculous win percentage on spinners

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but don't know how to go about reporting it, I'm winning 1/5 spinners against false gods, sometimes I get the same card twice within the same three spins. Probability suggests this is close to impossible so I'm guessing it's a glitch, just thought I'd let someone know.

1/5 is 20%, from what I remember, the winrate in spins is ~33%(against FGs) but that takes into consideration all the FGs, low spinrate or high spinrate.
If you are winning against only low spinrate ones, it's probable.
Also same card twice or thrice is not a bug.

depends on which FG, some have higher winrate some lower, the ones with many copies of same card are higher.

lowest is 32% Scorpio and Rainbow, then several 33%
Highest is Divine-Glory  54%, then Decay 50%
