Possible Hack [desync]

I was just playing a pvp game against [name removed]. He managed to play 10 devourers with no fractal being played and no aether mana to cast the fractal. Also when he cast Dusk Mantle and vampire dagger they came into play with the untargettable effect. He was able to do this without casting Enchant Artifact and with no earth mana to cast Enchant Artifact. I am wondering he could do this. If this is indeed a hack where do I report him for cheating? Unforunately  I didn't get a screen shot of the game in question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thought you might want/need to see this:

Do not ever, ever, ever post names of suspected cheaters or hackers in chat or on the forums. Almost every case of hacking/cheating during a match is, in fact, a symptom of desynchronization. If the player has obviously cheated their way onto the top 50, send an email to game.elements@gmail.com with evidence (i.e. screenshot). Forum staff can do nothing about hackers or cheaters, so please, do not post about players accused of cheating.

What you've just described is a classic description of desynchronization.
