Healing Scarabs https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=579.msg5494#msg5494

I've only witnessed this once, but while I was playing I had 3 scarabs on the field and a Guardian angel from a fate egg. All my scarabs had eaten something and was infected with the plague. So they were 3/2. The first turn I tried to heal one and it had no effect. The next turn I played another scarab and tried to heal one and it raised it to a 2.

That's a pretty bad bug for the scarabs to have.

Scarabs are bugs.

Sorry to revive a 'very dead' thread, but I experienced the same bug.
I made a scarab+blessing+angels deck, and whenever I try to heal a scarab he gets less hp then expected.
For example:
I have 3 scarabs in play, so their base stats would be 2/3
One scarab has been blessed, so it is 5/6.
He eats two creatures, so he is 7/8
He gets hit by lightning, so he is 7/3
I use guardian angels healing on him... and he has 7/6 even though his max hp should be 8
Further healings give no results.

I guess that might have something to do with the fact, that scarabs are 2/1 on their own (their base stats when you summon them) and maybe healing does not take other scarabs in play into consideration? It takes into consideration blessings and bonus from eating, and when I play another scarab, the 'buggy one' gets 1 more hp, but still 2 less then expected.

Screenshot (one turn after the healing):

Oh, and it happened in trainer, if it matters... but I am going to make such a deck in real game, so I might try there too.
EDIT: Yes, it works exactly the same in real game.

EDIT:
I am able to reproduce this bug every time I play. This bug most probably is related to the PU + scarabs bug that was noticed in 'known bugs thread', but when I searched for "scarabs healing" and "scarab angel" this was the only thread I found.

EDIT:
One more example:
First, a number of scarabs were hit by a thunderstorm. My angel was unable to heal them (hp after healing did not change, even though it was 1 less then before the thunderstorm). Some time later, my opponent played owls eye, and one turn later sniped my biggest scarab. This is the situation shown in the first screenshot (you can see the scarabs with 5 hp that I was unable to heal, even though there are 6 scarabs in play). The big scarabs max hp should be 4 more than his attack (29), because his base stats would be 2/6, but he was affected by a number of blessings and some eating. As you can see in the second screenshot, healing stopped on 24... so I am almost sure, that healing simply does not take into account the other scarabs (swarm ability), treating scarab as a 1 hp creature, while blessings and eating is calculated correctly.
