Rapidly decreasing time in PVP1

So I'm testing out a poor man's OTK in PVP1 for a laugh (all the newbs in there basically guarantee a 100% win rate  ) and I end up facing a guy called mrmurphy. Suddenly I notice the time I have left is full, but it says 10. Confused, I play on a bit, and after a few turns my time is reduced to 1. No screenshots sorry, because by the time I got it up my time was reduced to -1 and it was a matter of milliseconds. I then died from mrmurphy's damage.
Slightly weirder version of a desynch maybe?

From v1.22 patch notes:

- Dynamic pvp timer: every time your opponent reaches the 1 minute time limit his "turn time" gets 25% shorter. This prevents players from taking one minute per turn.

I'm not entirely sure how you ended up having a turn limit of -1 seconds, but it appears that you spent too much time early on. Was your turn time limit at 10 seconds at the very beginning of the game? If so, then we may have a bug on our hands.

Dunno... only noticed halfway through the game (it was very short). I did then accidently max out my time limit because I was suprised, and ended up not being able to play any cards at all, as I couldn't click fast enough. :/

is definitely true.
Went down from 45 (yes, starts at 45) to 33, 24, 18, 13, 9, 6, 4 in testing (possible followed by 3, 2, 1, 0. Always displayed 1 second less than full when it started so -1 at 0 could make sense). So that's a lot of turns, might be a nice suggestion to limit the turn limit to 5 or 10 seconds, not much you can do in less, even if you wanted to x)
