When i get dissipation field with Shard of Serendipity and i put it into play, the shield isn't working.
I take damages as if the shield was abscent.

I don't know if the bug is present when I draw the shield from my deck.

It's not a bug, it's because your pool can not be changed, so it has to do damage.

This also applies to Solar Shield. I'm not sure, if it's a bug, or a feature.

Feature.  Quanta cannot be altered during the opponent's turn, and when the opponent attacks, quanta would be generated by the Shield.
