I had two burrowed 2/5 graboids with no ability in play (mutant burrowed graboid with deja vu, and activated it, leaving two graboids with no ability) and then played a luciferin (all stuff from SoSe) and the burrowed graboid mutants did not gain the "light" ability.  Is this intentional or a bug?  It's a really unusual situation, so I could see it not having come up before.



Luciferin was played earlier in the turn.

And Sky Blitz maybe (has anybody ever tested it? o.o), Chimera also removes them.

Point being these Graboids aren't targeted by Luciferin. Since they are untargetable I find that no surprise. Just like using Quintessence and then Luciferin has a different effect than doing it the other way around (although that at least gives them the immortality ability). 99% sure it's not a bug. The Graboid deja vu not being a new Mutant is, but that's already confirmed (since Quintessence and Burrow work the same way).
