As Mornig glory is untargetable, this combo shouldn't work but the lvl 5 bot [Divine Glory] uses it
Is it a bug or not?

It is not a bug.

Immortality/Immaterial simply means that the creature (or Weapon in this case) cannot be targetted.

Animate weapon does not require you to target a weapon since it casts it automatically on the card in your weapon slot.
