I fought against Dream Catcher. I after aflatoxined a creature, he has started to antimatter the Malignant cell until he has all antimattered. I'm not sure if it only Dream catcher who do this or the general Ai.

They see it as a threat, so they use antimatter in an attempt to get rid of the threat.
It's a well known issue.
