Mitosis has the Same issue of adrenaline

It only plays it on 1 creature.

I spun a green nymph and made a mitosis adrenaline vampire deck, It just hoards mitosis and only plays 1. And only adrenalines the first played green nymph.

It is almost as if the AI cannot detect adrenaline on a creature so i tries every turn to put it on the most eligible (the one that already has adrenaline). and same thing with mitosis.

Yeah, the AI looks for the best creature to put it on, and if it already has it, it won't play it.  If another creature has come into play that is a better target, I've seen it put out a second one, though.  Sadly, 'better target' isn't really always the better target.  Ferox thinks Leaf Dragon is the shizniz and will adrenaline that before anything else, for instance.
