Hey guys, my mother has changed her Elements account's password with Greek letters but the log in screen does accept Latin-only script. As a result, we can't log in with her account anymore. I don't want the (farming) effort my mother has done to be in vain. Is there any way to solve this issue without consulting the ancient one (that no one knows his whereabouts)?
