You also need to consider that there are more players of this game that DO NOT participate in Forum activities and I'd expect that the data collected is less than 5% of what the reality is...

Since I don't remember Miracle (the card) from the oracle, it's statistically evidente that you can't spin it, or, at leat, we are very unlucky, but near 2k reports are enough to confirm the bug imo...

If you had asked me earlier if it was possible i would have said "Yes ive gotten it" but now you are making me unsure.
It feels like i should have spun it at least once. Can't say for sure though.

Edit

I know for sure that i have gotten and been allowed to keep both pharaoh and squid, and the more i think about it it feels like i have seen miracle as a card in the oracle.
To my knowledge the only rare ive not had from oracle is Trident and possibly miracle. It might be that miracle is not gotten from oracle via some bug in a recent version.
