I was filming a guide for water earlier today, so i spun the oracle before i reset the account just for poops and giggles, and when i did a duel after i reset the account, i still had the pet. Dont know if this is intentional or not but it happened to me

Yeah, it's intentional. It's still the same account, so you still get the pet. Happened to me before, so I can confirm this is not a bug.
