The wording on the card needs to reflect the change to the ability as of 1.25, the ability to alter pendulums into Nymphs. Currently the wording says 'Turns one of your pillars into a Nymph.' It needs to say 'Turns one of your pillars or pendulums into a Nymph.' I have tested this, and both Nymph Queens and Water Nymphs can turn pendulums into Nymphs, even though their text doesn't specify. The wording needs to be altered to match the changed wording shown on Nymph's Tears.

If a pillar is defined as any permanent which produces quanta, then yes, pendulums are pillars. However, the cards wording needs to be changed to match the alteration made to wording on Nymph's Tears.
