I suffer from this problem regularly and I have tried everything suggested to stop it. I keep my mouse well out of the window to prevent any mouseovers of any card. I am drawing normally, not from mindgate/hourglass/sundial. I do not have a full hand and still the card arrives at my hand invisible. This is a real game breaker especially when that card is that critical phase shield that's suppose to keep you alive for three more turns!
