No elemental mastery despite having 100/100 health (Drudic Staff) [Fixed]

I'm using a flying staff thing.  Using heals to get EM, but this isn't working out so well due to the fact that if one of my staffs deals the finishing blow I don't get EM.  Instead I get 20 Electrum.

This has put the kibosh on using staffs for now; it's just not worth losing EM.

Confirmed, I think it has been reported before, but not sure where.

The Druidic Staff appears to heal past max hp, but you win before your hp is reset to max hp (with AI4 this results in winning 41 electrum).
One could probably get an EM if your hp would be 95 right before the last staff hit.
