...what kind of a deck was that, anyway? Chrysaoras, PU, Momentum, all in one? Strange thing.

First off, minor nitpick: it's poison for players, infection for critters. Chrysas poison.


What mode was this in, pvp or AI? Weird stuff happens in pvp all the time, due to desynch.

Did any of the chrysas get momentum, and if so, did any of your PUs go on that chrysa? Was the ability still listed as "poison" under the chrysas?
There's a bug with momentum, in that if you PU (or mutate/improve) a critter that has momentum, any other ability that the new critter should've had will become "momentum".

Edit: rushed it a bit, missed a couple of words...

How come this issue (momentum messing things up) isn't in the list of known bugs? It pops up often enough.

Yeah, there are a few different scenarios where something like this may happen. I just tested a deck in the trainer with Chrysaora and Parallel Universe and it works exactly as it should.

Nitpicking duly noted :). It was in AI, and yeah, 2 had momentum, now that I think about it.

 :'(

And I lost because of momentumming my beauties...

Using a base Chrysaora and 3 parallel universes, and more than 20 Death quantums, I was ready to Infect my opponent big time.

Only, each round, only the first 2 infects worked. After that, I would lose the quantum, the Chrysaora would lose her flashing border, but the Infect counter would not go up anymore.

Is it intentional?

Q: Were you perhaps clicking too fast?
A: No. Did that the first two times, clicking in rapid succession on each Chrysaora. After that, I patiently waited for the animation to end, waited 10s more and clicked.

This bug has been fixed with the 1.15 update.
