while using a mod of ccyb on beta, when i aflatoxin'ed a mp and then when it died it turned into a 0/0 creature with no picture.Then 2 turns later the same thing happened too the mp next to the 0/0 card.Then the next turn the same again with the card to the right of that.After that then the glitch didn't happed for the rest of the match.
The order that happened is mp>aflatoxin>death>0/0 card>ash>mp
