Mutation bug https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=7806.msg87468#msg87468

I've noticed what I assume is a bug more and more frequently.  When I cast "Mutation" on an opponent's creature, it immediately mutates into a mutant (as expected), but then on my opponent's turn the creature mutates a *second* time into something else.

At first I thought my opponents were playing their own mutate card on these creatures and I was missing it, but no... it just seems to be happening automatically.  In the last game I played (against a mono black deck) it happened 3 out of 3 times I used the Mutation card on my opponent's creatures.

Happened again against a mono black deck, with much additional strangeness:

Cast 3 mutations on opponents Minor Vampires, everything as normal.
On his turn, he played about 10 Minor Vampires (!).  When he hit "DONE", there was the sound of a really loud POP!, and about 4-5 of the Minor Vampires he had just played disappeared, 2 of the 3 creatures I had mutated disappeared, and the one that was remaining mutated into a different (stronger) creature.  Also, my opponent ended the turn with -38 black quanta and -12 aether quanta.  (Those are negative numbers).  Very weird.

Sounds a lot like the desync issue.  Check the stickied topic at the top of this board.

Are you talking about the single game where the opponent's quanta went into the negative, or all of the instances where the mutated creature re-mutates between turns?

If every re-mutation is caused by de-sync, then I am experiencing it almost every game I play.

It was definitely desync the game where you heard the POP and all the other weird stuff happened.  I would assume the other games were as well because I have never experienced the mutation bug by itself.  Does this ever happen against the AI?

I've only experienced desync going against other players.

I believe it did happen at least once against the AI (since you posted the de-sync comment, actually, because that made me note the fact it was against the AI that time).

It's just a desync nothing else.
