I was facing incarnate with my time/aether deck. I had a quinted flying eternity which I used to rewind one of incarnate's skeletons and it mutated into a sky dragon instead. I forgot to take a screenie though. Is this a known issue? I've never seen it before...

It's part of skeletons ability: Undead

Try re-reading the card :)

Not a bug.  Rewinding skeletons creates unupped creatures for unupped skeletons, upped creatures for upped skellies.
