So obviously there's a problem with adrenaline. I've tried it with devourers, and you generally suck out 2 mana per turn. Sometimes more, sometimes less. The most obvious case of this is with Puffer Fish. Without any other buffs (so working at 2/4), the Puffer Fish will get 4 attacks, and generally poison twice.
It seems like many effects are based on animation speed, which explains the randomness. Adrenaline is certainly pretty nice, but I see the real usefulness in it is combining with cards that have innate abilities. Is there any way to fix this so that those are used the same number of times you would get extra attacks? Puffer Fish in particular should probably get all 4 effects put on. I could understand if 4 mana drain per devourer might be a bit much. I mean, devouring 48 mana per turn is almost as bad as a gravity nymph.
