I was just playing in the arena, and after first turn a malignant cell was played. This was a mono entropy based deck, so no death nymph were used neither aflatoxin.

Confirmed. Players finding Malignant Cell in their account is an old bug that shows up from time to time, and some players put it into their decks.

Confirmed"It wouldn't be allowed in official PvP, of course. He's far from the only one with it, btw, and the bug is fixed."

I don't think it has been fixed.
I think the bug may have been fixed, but users who already had the cell didn't lose it. If the bug's still present, we'll have to wait for Zanz to check it the next time he appears.
