Lobotomize and Butterfly Effect https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=4746.msg46705#msg46705

When one of your creatures gets lobotomized, during your turn after then, when you use Butterfly Effect on that creature, it is not able to use the destroy effect immediately. Which is strange, because it's not like it was summoned again and was on the field enough to get rid of "summoning sickness". Thus, it gets lobotomized again (by Electrocutor, oh, irony) when the opponent's turn comes by.

Same thing for when you mutates some monsters, they get Deja Vu or Hatch, some can use it on the same turn, some can't.

I found out that it depends on when you summoned them the same turn as mutating them (in that case they can't use the ability) and if they used the ability they've got on the turn you mutated them (in that case they can't use the ability) so it's not like a some time they can some time they can't thing there is actual logic behind it :P

Yeah, I have to agree there. When you mutate, it depends if the creature is already out of "summoning sickness" before you can use it's ability. Deja Vu is pretty much a summon, so the other Deja Vu can't use any additional skills. Hatch, once again is treated as a summon. And they've been like that for a long while, now.  :) Destiny would be so scary, though, if those eggs didn't have summoning sickness, as Destiny has brought innumerous Nymphs to the field against me.   :o

I'm sure what the OP is describing is what happens when your creature is lobotomized during your opponent's turn, then you use BE on your creature the following turn. This is a symptom of the way Elements counts turns. When your opponent alters your creatures during his turn, your creatures don't become "active" until a full turn later (a.k.a. your opponent's next turn). Because of this, your creatures will have to wait an "extra" turn to become active, regardless of what you do to them. This accounts for why you can't activate Ash after your opponent eats your Phoenix, and why you can't activate abilities when you use Quintessence to remove frozen status from your own creature.

Now I used enthropy color and I have to agree with this post:

If I summon creature and wait one turn to put butterfly effect on it (because summoning sickness) I can use BE skills right away if my opponents has any other weapon than lobo.
If he/she has lobo I cannot use. I summoned creature than lobo remove current skills from it, but after that I put BE on it but I cannot use it.
Probably lobo destroy any current and future skills? So am I not able to use any new skills (butterfly, vampire...) on the lobotomized creatures?

Lobo removes only the current skills, but it also gives "summoning sickness" to the creature, so you won't be able to use a skill from that creature until you have pressed 'Done' once since the time it was lobo'd.
