Acceleration/Adrenalin healed my opponent

I was playing around, in the trainer, with a new deck. I used played a horned frog, played a basilisk blood and an adrenalin on it, a few turns later I used an acceleration on it, and when it attacked it hit the opponent for 5 twice and on the third attack healed him for 3.

I guess it is because of how adrenalin scales the damage.

It is. Accel + Adren works in mysterious ways (not actually, it's because Adren deducts X damage from each subsequent attack while Accel keeps adding to it).
