The kong version of Elements is the same as the regular version (1.293). Cleared my cache. You still see the old prices  20 :electrum and 30  :electrum for PvP games, although you lose the normal amount (50 :electrum, tested for PvP 20). Arena costs are correct.

When Pvp1 and 2 was updated with higher electrum costs, it wasnt updated on kongregate

I know that and can confirm it. However, it´s only a graphical bug, the costs are correct.

ok sorry i didnt look very hard but a newer person had 34 electrum and was wondering why he couldn't enter.
