it seems he can use the "rain of fire" card no matter what the  :fire number,however it become -13.

ive seen other ppl with similar things happen. It is either (and most likely) a pvp desynch
or someone hacking the game.

It's a desync.

But in future you should give the problem as the title. ie. 'minus uanta' or whatever. It makes it easier for people to fing problems that are already posted.
