Some players have so-called "Mark Cards"; these are cards that produce quanta the same as what your mark produces. These mark cards are obtained through winning tourneys or beating T50 players who have mark cards.
Someone better make and sticky a thread about Mark Cards if they haven't already; there's already been too many questions ;P
