In the trainer neither Aflatoxin nor Black Nymph create malignant cells.

Black nymph is not supposed to create cells. Aflatoxin only creates cells if the target creature dies from aflatoxins poison.

Need more information.  What creatures did you use the Aflatoxin on?  Also, Grey Nymph produces Aflatoxin, not Black Nymph; I'm pretty sure that was just a word misplacement, but I have to make sure.

Either you picked the wrong target (Phoenix) or you mistook Liquid Shadow/Black Nymph for Aflatoxin/Grey Nymph by the sound of it.
