Gravity Pull Did Nothing to Creature

In my experience, the Gravity Pull card (as opposed to Armagio's ability and the Chaos Seed) has a one turn delay before the effect actually kicks in, despite the icon appearing.

Momentum negates Gravity Pull as well as shields. A creature with momentum on it always hits the opponent's HP, unless frozen, delayed or Sundial is in play.

I just played a Gravity Pull on an AI creature, and my creature/weapon kept on dealing damage to the AI directly.

This is a problem, right?  Or am I missing something here?

Just did it again.  Played it on an omnom, attacked with my momentumed dragon, AI took damage, omnom ate my dragon.

I tried playing a fire bolt against the AI, too, and the omnom remained undamaged.

What am I missing here?  Surely I'm doing something wrong.  ???

First time, the creature didn't have momentum, and that doesn't explain the weapon (Fahrenheit).

Right, you're not going to be able to kill a creature you gravity pulled if all your weapons/creatures have momentum.

That would be a bug then. When AI's use it on me it's effective immediately... Maybe :B

Edit: Not really sure now that I think about it, I'll have to test it out.

Gravity Pull card

Direct damage spells and momentum creatures bypass the pull. This is intentional.

Unresolved - Gravity Pull card has 1 turn delay when played by human, but not by CPU.

Thanks for that.  What about weapons?  I know they do direct damage, but do they also considered spells?

For some reason, all weapons are immune to gravity pull.
