Was playing vs Lvl 5, had a graveyard in play and an elite skeleton on the board.  Skeleton got hit with an ice bolt and kept regenerating until the ice bolt had completed its damage.

Yes, same thing happened to him with Scorpio. He hit an ice lance and it killed my skeleton, I got a second one anyway.
