Turned a Garboid into a Shrieker. Put on a Momentum. Burrowed. When I unburrowed it was a 8/4. Shouldn't it be a 9/4?

When you burrow, the attack is halved rounded down. Unburrow doubles it. 9 atk->4 atk->8 atk

It's just a coding thing.

It could be seen as a bug or intended depending on how you look at it.

In any case, that's just how burrow works. It halves attack rounded down, and the act of unburrowing doubles attack.
