I was fighting someone on PvP 1 then i lost track of time and on the last second of my turn i pressed on the golden hourglass:

I didin't get the card in my hand.

The next turn i drawed the card that was showed to me by the hourglass:

My guess would be that it's simply a one time desynchronization bug caused by doing it the last possible second, causing the information not to be transferred in time.
