Ok first the Minus quanta stuff.
First I was playing with some dude from the chat bla bla bla, so it was all fine but i had to go quickly to do some stuff in my house, and left the PC playing for me, so when i returned this dude had -3
quanta and in his turn he gained 2 quanta, so he now had -1. He didnt knew about this because he told he left the game when he saw i wasnt playing. So the PC actually did something to get -3 quanta...
And now the return of my famous old Bug report, just happened after the Minus Quanta stuff, i wanted to play against him again and when we started the game crashed.
