Happened to me just now twice in a row, that I webbed the enemy's Forest Spectre, and when he TU'd it, it could hit over my Wings. Just next turn, after I webbed the new one, he TU'd again, and it was airborne again.

Confirmed. Not sure if feature or just bug, but it's often considered a bug since TU should be making exact copy (= also copies airborne status)

This has been reported many times, and Zanz has been quoted as saying that it is intended to work that way.

Okay, thank you. As it is said in your link, it can make a difference between winning and losing a match (I did lose to it). At least now I know about it.
