The fact is that whenever you attempt to use a Spark vs. Wings, it just doesn't work. If you mouse over a Spark, one of the Passive Skills should be airborne. If you have Sparks and attempt to surpass Wings, you will get a depressing "miss".

Lately, I've been testing Sparks with Mitosis (just incase that has something to do with it) and that might affect it a little (it being new and all).

Since I have reported this a while ago (link (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,19034.0.html)) along with few others way back before that, I can confirm this. :)
