when i play level 3, the AI used Pandemonium and my equipping lobo got frozen (not flying)

Pandemonium: A random effect is inflicted to every creature on the field. Removes invisibility.

Pandemonium probably froze the AI's Voodoo Doll. A frozen Voodoo Doll will freeze the opponent's weapon.

The only two AI3s with Pandamonium are the :death duo and the :dark duo.

The Darkness deck is centered arount the Pandemonium + Voodoo Doll Synergy, so it is very likely that it had a voodoo doll out that got frozen.

Not a Bug in this case, in any other case it is a very strange and unexplained bug.

Yeah, probably the AIs voodoo doll got hit with either freeze or ice bolt.  If that wasn't the case, then it was some sort of bug.
