Adrenaline has no effect on high attack creatures, f.e. a vulture or forest spectre with 20+/x. The creature does attack 3 times, but doesn't make more damage. Instead the first attack does 10 damage, the second 7 and the third 3 damage.

That's not a bug, that is how it works. The more attack the creature has, the less amount of attacks it gets. Here is how it works: http://elementsthegame.wikia.com/wiki/Adrenaline

Seems like. Should stand in the cards text.

You cannot fit all that information on the card. There isn't enough room. But it says smaller creatures get multiple attacks, so of course the bigger the creature the less attacks it gets until it doesn't get any extra attacks at all.

You can't fit all of it, but the description could be reworded to be true to the card's effect. As we know "multiple attacks" isn't the right way to put it. I've made a thread on descriptions that could be reworded: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,4826.0.html

Quote
The target creature attacks
multiple times per turn.
Smaller creatures gain more
extra attacks.
->->->->->->->->->->->->
The target creature acts
up to four times each turn.
The effect is weaker the
stronger the creature.
The current description doesn't say anything about the extra attacks being weaker, nor does it even touch Adrenaline's interaction with freeze, stasis, poison and skills.

It can fit, if you scaling down the font size and yes, is not the only card that works sometimes in a direct other way, what can be a little confusing.

Edit says: found your thread, wrote something.
