Top 50 Bug

Hi,

My friend and I have been trying to do Top 50 for a long time but it never works. We have been trying since 1000 score and are now at 5.5k score and have not been able to do it. I have left the game on the searching screen and came back half an hour later and it still had not found an opponent.

What's the matter? Does anybody know? My other friend does it all the time and she has between 2000 and 3000 score.

Most of the times it is because an AD-blocker is blocking access to mochiads.com where the top50 scores are stored.
If you can not see the "Mochi"ad when you open the game you can not see the top50 as well.

This problem happens to me very often after Elements is left open but I am not playing (like going AFK).

The fix for me, and maybe you, is to reconnect.   You can log out/in or just refresh this following page in a different tab which refreshes your game tab without having to log out/in.

I've been playing against the top-50 decks just for fun and to see what people play with. I noticed that every match (which was matched up instantly, by the way - relevant info) my score was "temporarily reduced" by the game.

Now that I'm over 1000 score, I can't get matched up for top-50 anymore. I wait in the queue for a long time, and get nothing - and remember that before it was almost instant matching every time.

I can confirm that if I close my browser completely, restart it, log into Elements and go straight into a top-50 match I get a match almost immediately.
