Donation bug?

Hello.

I made a small donation to Elements a few days ago and received a code in return. I redeemed it, picked a card, saw it in it's respective element, closed the browser and later when I checked back in it was gone.

Is this a bug or something done wrong on my behalf (which I doubt)?

Did you see the "Saving" tab followed by "Confirmed" above your main menue?
Game doesn't save while you are at "Your deck", so you have to save before checking.

This sounds more like a saving problem than a donation problem since the donation went through.

The game saves when you exit the Bazaar, Your Deck or the Redeem Code screen (if you've redeemed something). It only saves after you leave the Arena if you finished a match. We've had a lot of cases where people either had another instance of the game open and had that overwrite the save, or cases where people just interrupted the saving by closing the tab/window.

I didn't look, but I didn't close the tab immediately after I saw the card in my deck. I was doing something else at the moment which leads me to believe the game had time to save the modifications.

Even if I was looking and and noticed it isn't saving, what more could I have done from my end of the screen?

I can't remember exactly but I doubt I had another instance of the game opened in another tab..

Is there anything to be done considering I have the receipt and the code (which it doesn't work anymore ofc) ??

Unfortunately there's no way for you to prove that you didn't get whatever you chose because you could've chosen a Nymph. I'd need a screenshot of your entire card collection before and after the chosen card, as well as a screenshot of you choosing the card itself in the redeem screen.

However, I've helped others before based on good faith, so if you can send me a screenshot where both the receipt and your e-mail is visible, I can help you.

I didn't have any nymphs to pick from. Only upgraded shards. And I chose the entropy one: Shard of Serendipity.

Yeah, I meant Shards. Nymphs are for the PvP codes.
