Dissipation Shiled not working

The shield mentioned above is not working. Lost 2 games coz it didn't absorb any creture dmg (no SoW on the creates) and in a third game it still didn't absorb phys dmg.

I don't have it in my deck - receiving it from SoSerendipity.

Momentum? Sanctuary? SoFr?

Did you have Sanctuary on your side of the field? Its effect prevents your quanta pools from changing when it's not your turn -- essentially making your Dissipation Shield useless.

(Momentum bypasses shield effects, and Shard of Freedom gives creatures with the Airborne passive ability a chance to ignore shield effects)
