When i discard a ghost, my opponent gets damage if i have shard of sacrifice on. I think i should only heal from the discard, but no one is supposed to get damage.

I just tried it in trainer and I got healed as I should have, were you playing in PvP, arena or something else that might make a difference?

1. Played in Arena Gold (using splat deck)
2. Yes, i got healed as i should have.
3. The problem is, my opponent got hurt  when I discarded the ghost.

Yep, I can confirm this bug. Though I have to admit that it feels good to kill ghostmare decks this way. :P
I wonder if there's any other card that react this way too...

Hmm.. I honestly thought this is a confirmed and straight-forward bug since I never encounter a situation where it doesn't happen.
It would help if you can describe what was your situation; and even better if you could reproduce it again.

I ran against a Ghostmare deck today while using SoSa.  I didn't notice the AI take any damage in addition to the Poison damage I was already dealing.  It was a pretty standard scenario with Poisons and Arsenic with SoSa active.

Looks like it is not as simple as I thought. I've been abusing experiencing this bug even before Avenger create this thread.
Or... probably zanz just fixed the bug? lol

Maybe it is was my wrong, now i just see the poison damage of splat. Either this bug was never happening or fixed.
