1st , This isn't a big problem ( or is it ? ) .
It started yesterday after Flash Player got updated , When I load ETG I get this . ( I click continue and the game loads so no problem here )

It happens to me if i refresh the page too fast or open multiple tabs of the game at the same time and you just click continue and everything works out fine
