I Webbed a Deja Vu with my Flesh Spider before its ability. When it made a copy the copy was airborne!

Yeah, this is an old bug.

I wasn't aware that it wasn't fixed yet, but it's not really a priority I guess.

Its not a bug. Its intended. Back a long time ago when I found out about it, I mentioned it to Zanz and his response was pretty much...

Not really logical, "Déjà Vu" implies that something was there in the same state (or happened the exact same way) before, so once bereft of its flying ability, the copy should not be able to fly either.
It might not be the most important bug in this game, but it can still make the difference between winning and losing a match.
