You can't build a new arena deck [fixed]

Basically you have this screen for a long long time and you can't change your deck:



I tested this yesterday, when Rasta asked if we can make decks in arena.

no he's right just reload the page, go to the oracle if you still haven't and it should work

I had this issue yesterday.  Apparently if you back out of the Arena, go back in, and then QUICKLY build your deck, it should load okay.  You can then go back and make any modifications you want.  Or at least this worked for me, dunno if it was a coincidence or not.

Same exact thing happened for me. Second time around I knew exactly what I wanted in the deck (so I got it done quickly) and it worked fine.

Tried this and worked, had to change 5 Quantum pillars by 5 cards everytime.

This works for me to let me play in the arena, but when I build the deck, it still hangs.

Yep, this worked. I was building a rainbow, so I had to change a few cards at a time. Took me forever .
